18th Annual North American Educational Forum on Lymphoma

 The 18th Annual North American Educational Forum on Lymphoma has been scheduled for September 27 – 29, 2013 in New York City as follows:

This 2 ½ day program will include two breakout sessions on Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia.

 

On Saturday, September 28th  at 11:00AM, Dr. Stephen Ansell of the Mayo Clinic will present.  On Sunday, September 29th  at 10:15AM, Dr. Irene Ghobrial from Dana Farber Cancer Institute will present. 

 

The early registration fee is $50 prior to August 16th and $100 through September 13th, which is the registration deadline.    Your registration fee covers access to all sessions, exhibits, conference materials and the following meals:  Friday Reception, Continental Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, Plated Lunch on Saturday and boxed lunch on Sunday.  Refreshments will be provided throughout the weekend.
